Ubicación: Santiago – Modalidad presencial.

Jornada: Completa

¿Cuál será tu principal desafío?

Serás responsable de gestionar los requerimientos de nuestros clientes con eficiencia, apoyando directamente al equipo de ventas y asegurando altos estándares de servicio, calidad y respuesta.

Tu rol será clave para fortalecer relaciones comerciales y fidelizar a nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades destacadas:

Atender y registrar solicitudes de clientes y prospectos por múltiples canales (web, redes sociales, teléfono, WhatsApp).

Gestionar cotizaciones y seguimiento de oportunidades comerciales.

Apoyar al equipo de ventas en terreno con reuniones, muestras, informes y minutas.

Coordinar entregas, gestionar pedidos y asegurar una experiencia fluida para el cliente.

Actualizar información comercial en sistemas CRM y ERP (idealmente SAP Business One).

Participar activamente en ferias, capacitaciones y reuniones de seguimiento comercial.

Requisitos:

Formación profesional en Ingeniería Comercial, Administración, Marketing o afín.

2 años de experiencia en áreas comerciales o de atención al cliente.

Manejo intermedio de Microsoft Excel.

Conocimiento de herramientas ERP (idealmente SAP).

Alta orientación al cliente, proactividad, y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
