Nuestra gerencia Comercial está en búsqueda de un profesional para el cargo de
Ejecutivo/a de Desarrollo Comercial y Experiencia de Clientes Corporativos,
donde deberás administrar solicitudes de afiliados corporativos, analizar indicadores para su control y optimizar procesos en Zendesk y SIGE, asegurando un servicio de excelencia.

Asimismo, contribuir al crecimiento de los convenios corporativos mediante campañas específicas y prospección de nuevas empresas.

Entre sus principales funciones se encuentran:

  • Administración de clientes y soporte: Brindar atención y apoyo a solicitudes de afiliados corporativos, resolviendo requerimientos de manera oportuna y con enfoque en la experiencia del cliente.

  • Administración de base de datos para la gestión de indicadores de afiliados corporativos: Monitorear, consolidar y analizar datos e indicadores de la experiencia de clientes y el desarrollo comercial, elaborando reportes en Excel.

  • Uso y mejora de herramientas digitales: Gestionar Zendesk y SIGE, promoviendo mejoras continuas para optimizar su uso y potenciar resultados.

  • Ejecución de campañas comerciales: Coordinar y llevar a cabo campañas de llamados, correos y asesorías dirigidas a prospectos, asegurando una comunicación clara y efectiva, en conjunto con ejecutivos de mantención cuando corresponda.

Haremos match si cumple con estos requisitos:

  • Estudios de Técnico en Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.

  • Experiencia de 2 años en servicio al cliente y gestión comercial
  • Manejo intermedio de Excel y herramientas digitales.
