Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Ejecutivo(a) de Customer Experience (CX) para nuestro cliente del cliente del rubro cuidado capilar / belleza, quien será responsable de convertir la atención al cliente en una experiencia diferenciadora, asegurando interacciones rápidas, empáticas y alineadas a un estándar premium.
Principales funciones: - Atender consultas de pre y postventa en Instagram, WhatsApp, email y Shopify (vía Gorgias).
- Configurar y mantener macros, vistas y reglas en Gorgias.
- Gestionar reclamos y casos de postventa, garantizando soluciones oportunas y empáticas.
- Coordinar con el área de Operaciones la logística de retiro, traslado y entrega de productos.
- Revisar y evaluar el estado de productos devueltos.
- Gestionar procesos de garantía (devoluciones y reemplazos).
- Dar soporte en tracking de pedidos y coordinación con e-commerce/logística.
- Detectar oportunidades de conversión asistida en tickets de pre-venta.
- Crear y mantener un Help Center / FAQ.
- Generar reportes de insights (VOC) quincenales.
Requisitos: - Experiencia de 2 años en atención al cliente, e-commerce o community management.
- Deseable manejo de plataformas de gestión de tickets (Gorgias, Zendesk u otras).
Ubicación: Huechuraba, Santiago Jornada: Full time, Presencial.
Contrato: Plazo fijo (3 meses) con opción a indefinido Renta: Sueldo líquido + bono mensual por metas
