Buscamos un/a Ejecutivo/a Comercial para sumarse a nuestro equipo.

Nos especializamos CUX, proyectos web a medida y diseño gráfico.

Queremos que nos ayude a seguir creciendo, generando nuevos negocios y fortaleciendo la relación con nuestros clientes actuales.

  • Prospectar nuevos clientes B2B: Identificar y contactar posibles clientes a través de diversos canales, incluyendo llamadas en frío, correos electrónicos, redes sociales y reuniones.

  • Presentación de Productos y Servicios: Realizar presentaciones de nuestros productos o servicios a clientes potenciales
  • Liderar reuniones comerciales, levantar requerimientos yhacer propuestas.

  • Realizar seguimiento de propuestas y cierre de proyectos.

  • Gestionar las relaciones con clientes: Mantener relaciones sólidas durante todo el ciclo de venta, garantizando comunicación constante y seguimiento efectivo.

  • 1+ año de experiencia en ventas B2B (ideal en servicios digitales, diseño web, TI, o agencias creativas).

  • Habilidades comerciales: empatía, persuasión, excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.

  • Capacidad para adaptarse a nuestra metodología de ventas, que incluye generación de leads, seguimiento activo y trabajo colaborativo con el equipo técnico.

  • Capacidad de trabajo autónomo.

  • Proponer iniciativas comerciales y de marketing para mejorar el flujo de nuevos proyectos (opcional si quieres darle más autonomía).

  • Utilización de herramientas de AI para apoyo y gestión de ventas.

  • Trabajo en equipo
  • Modalidad: Presencial
  • Base fija + comisión por cierre de nuevos negocios.
