Ser el primer punto de contacto entre los estudiantes/apoderados y el Preuniversitario UC, gestionando un gran número de llamadas, mensajes y correos (entrantes y salientes), aplicando técnicas de venta consultiva y asegurando la conversión de matrículas.

Otorgar una experiencia cercana que refuerce el prestigio y la confianza de la institución.

Requisitos para postular: Técnico profesional.

Experiencia laboral de 1 año en Call Center comerciales con alta orientación a la venta.

Competencias técnicas: Manejo de herramienta CRM Salesforce o similar.
