Ejecutivo Comercial B2B (Desarrollo de negocios y Soporte)
para incorporarse a su equipo de trabajo.
Objetivo del cargo:
Dar soporte comercial y administrativo en la gestión de oportunidades B2B, asegurando el cumplimiento de tareas operativas iniciales y evolucionando rápidamente hacia la relación directa con clientes.
La
detección de necesidades y la venta de los servicios de la empresa.
Se busca una persona proactiva, autónoma y con fuerte orientación a resultados, que trabaje con compromiso y sin necesidad de supervisión constante.
Requisitos Excluyentes:
● Formación académica de nivel técnico superior o profesional en áreas como: Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial, Marketing, o carreras afines al ámbito de negocios.
● Experiencia a lo menos 1 año en cargo similares.
● Dominio intermedio de Excel y manejo fluido de herramientas digitales (Drive, Word, Outlook, Trello, etc.).
● Dominio intermedio de plataformas CRM (Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce o similar).
● Ingles nivel funcional intermedio -Avanzado (B1 A C2).
● Se valorara experiencia laboral en ERP (Softland, Nubox o similar) y en funciones comerciales, ventas B2B.
Requisitos Deseables:
● Experiencia en venta consultiva o servicios profesionales.
● Conocimientos básicos de términos tecnológicos (SaaS, API's, Cloud, etc.).
● Experiencia en empresas pequeñas de tecnología en crecimiento.
Funciones del cargo:
Gestionar oportunidades comerciales en CRM (registro, cotizaciones, seguimiento).
Coordinar reuniones con prospectos y clientes.
Elaborar presentaciones, reportes y documentos comerciales básicos.
Derivar requerimientos de clientes a las áreas correspondientes.
Aprender los servicios, metodologías y enfoque comercial de la empresa.
Contactar prospectos para levantar necesidades y generar confianza.
Presentar servicios de forma consultiva, adaptando el mensaje al cliente.
Apoyar en licitaciones, cotizaciones complejas y reuniones clave.
Analizar información comercial y proponer mejoras.
Liderar procesos de venta: diagnóstico, propuesta, negociación y cierre.
Realizar seguimiento postventa y detectar oportunidades de fidelización.
Proponer mejoras estratégicas basadas en experiencia y análisis comercial.
Ser referente interno en buenas prácticas comerciales.
Realizar demos de productos o servicios, destacando beneficios clave
