Overview

Fashion's Park, conocida empresa dedicada al retail, requiere contratar un Ejecutivo(a) de Atencion al Cliente Call Center para la atencion de los clientes que utilizan la Tarjeta de FP.

Ubicación: Santiago, Región Metropolitana, Chile.

Responsibilities

  • Dar atención en los canales de atención de Call Center entregando información a los clientes sobre dudas, cupos disponibles, valor cuota, activación de cuentas, entre otros.

Qualifications

  • Deseable experiencia en atención al cliente y/o Call Center.

  • Manejo Internet y PC a nivel usuario.

  • De ser extranjero, contar con VISA DEFINITIVA o en trámite.
