Ecommerce Manager at Common Thread Collective .
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Ecommerce Manager who will drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting.
You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts and ensure strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for our clients.
You will work to uphold the core values of CTC Global and apply the foundational principles of media acquisition and Strategic Forecasting.
What you will do
- Drive client success through strategic media buying, optimization, and forecasting.
- Develop accurate growth forecasts and ensure strategies translate into tangible results.
- Maintain clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations with clients.
- Advocate for best-in-class strategies and tools to drive results in performance marketing.
- Lead with a results-focused approach, aiming for efficiency and scalability.
- Participate in ongoing dialogue with clients to guide growth planning and media decisions.
Responsibilities
- Autodidact mindset, curiosity, and ability to absorb information quickly.
- Receive and implement feedback proactively; demonstrate resourcefulness and self-directed skill refinement.
- Work autonomously with initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the Growth Forecasts and the Prophet system for client projects.
- Build growth maps and data analyses required for forecasting and marketing calendars.
- Execute daily activities to align actual performance with forecasts and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with team members (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist) within your pod.
- Ensure data integrity for clients across Statlas and oversee the execution of Prophet-based workflows.
- Monitor campaigns, adjust budgets and strategies to maximize the likelihood of meeting daily targets.
- Test and optimize campaigns to beat prior performers while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Maintain high-quality client communications, including daily performance updates and weekly strategy calls.
Qualifications & characteristics
- Uncompromising integrity and accountability; willingness to own outcomes and communicate hard truths.
- Strong data analysis skills; ability to interpret and act on data to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English and ability to persuade varied stakeholders.
- Experience in ecommerce and performance marketing, with a track record of driving growth.

- Maintain client satisfaction above benchmark levels and align daily with forecasted goals.
- Apply Prophet system best practices to ensure high-quality client results.
- Meet deadlines and budget requirements while maintaining optimal quality and attention to detail.
- Contribute ideas to team discussions and company content, supporting growth and innovation.
Compensation & growth
Salary range: First month $2,000; second month $4,000; third month average $7,000.
1st year: $64,000-$76,000; 2nd year: $100,000-$120,000.
Depending on clients and performance, compensation may vary.
