Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Manager to join our team at Common Thread Collective (CTC).

As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be instrumental in driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting.

You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts and ensure that strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for clients.

You will communicate performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations clearly and transparently, positioning CTC as a strategic ally in media acquisition and growth planning.

You set the benchmark for performance marketing, advocating for best-in-class strategies and tools to drive results.

ONBOARDING

  • Align with the Brain Trust for ideas across clients and collaborate with pod members (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist).

  • Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail; maintain data integrity in Statlas.

  • Execute the Prophet system for clients and build Growth Forecasts, including a Growth Map using the Prophet System and data analysis for the map.

  • Daily execution and actualization vs.

    forecast to meet KPIs; pivot when needed and lead in obstacle situations.

  • Apply CTC’s Meta best practices and account-wide ideologies and processes; monitor campaigns and adjust budgets and strategy to hit daily targets; run tests to improve performance.

ENSURING AND HOLDING THE STANDARD OF QUALITY OF WORK

  • Maintain within 5% delta to the forecast; daily client alignment with forecast and strategy; ensure Prophet system execution within timelines and high-quality delivery.

Client Communication

  • Champion client alignment on Growth Map goals and deadlines; provide daily performance updates and weekly strategy updates; ensure clear deadlines for the team.

CONTRIBUTING BACK

  • Share learnings for system feedback and continuous improvement; collaborate across teams and contribute to future company content.
