Could you be the full-time Integrated Services Readiness Engineer in Chile we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and project management expertise in a cutting-edge field.

You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You’ll ensure the successful delivery of Integrated Support and Readiness (ISR) obligations on new build projects.

Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as LSA, maintenance documentation, training, and special tools teams), coordinate with external stakeholders, and monitor workload forecasts to ensure adequate staffing for ISR work-packages, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of developing and implementing ISR management plans, as well as delivering ISR elements during tender and project phases, but also ensuring customer satisfaction through effective interfacing and reporting.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Identifying and monitoring workload forecasts and securing adequate staffing

  • Developing and synthesizing customer requirements in compliance with applicable reference libraries

  • Implementing ISR management plans and conducting ISR Design Reviews

  • Producing ISR WP KPI dashboards in line with Central/Service Platform guidelines

  • Coordinating contributions from stakeholders (external suppliers, ISR representatives, etc.)

  • Ensuring life cycle cost commitments are met

  • Monitoring planning, cost, and quality of ISR elements

  • Delivering ISR elements during tender and project phases

  • Producing REX reports to identify process improvements and best practices

  • All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience.

That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill.

Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Knowledge in Service Engineering and Maintenance (Master ISR specialization)

  • A project management certification (desirable)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset

  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and strong team player

  • Language: English (working level as a minimum); additional languages are a plus
  • Previous experience

  • Technical knowledge on maintainability aspects, ideally on Railways applications

  • Minimum 3 years experience on engineering roles or engineering WP management on projects (RS, D&IS, System & Infrastructure)
  • Desirable:

  • Experience in Rolling Stock Maintenance, or in Signalling or Infrastructure Maintenance (in case of D&IS resources), and ideally of operation within a maintenance contract.

  • Experience in New Build project stakeholder management

  • Experience in Customer interfacing

  • Experience in Supplier management

  • Things you’ll enjoy

Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.

    You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career

  • Work with new security standards for rail signalling

  • Contribute to innovative projects

  • Utilise our inclusive and flexible working environment

  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries

  • Benefit from our investment in your development through award-winning learning

  • Progress towards leadership or technical expert roles

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)

  • You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.

We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud.

If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
