Responsible for leading the development and delivery of scalable and reliable applications within the Digital Mining ecosystem.

This role involves providing in-depth technical support and leadership, leveraging modern web development tools and frameworks, with strong expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, and Google Cloud.

The Technical Lead will champion innovation and drive continuous improvement to address the evolving needs of the industry.

This includes managing the refactoring of legacy systems into modern solutions, ensuring the quality and efficiency of current applications.

Additionally, the Technical Lead will collaborate closely with our global software development vendor to ensure seamless integration and alignment with strategic objectives.

**Tasks:**
• Lead and manage technical projects from conception to implementation, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery;
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of applications, from design to maintenance, ensuring they meet quality and security standards;
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Supervise and enhance the work of the software development provider(s);
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance existing solutions;
• Ensuring solutions are always up and running.

**Deliverables:**
• Successfully delivered technical projects that meet business objectives and timelines;
• High-quality, secure, and scalable applications developed and maintained across various platforms;
• Comprehensive documentation of technical solutions and processes;
• Regular progress reports and updates communicated to management and stakeholders;
• Quality software solutions working and delivering value to users.

**Education:**
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;
• +6 years of professional experience;
• Fluently in English;
• Fluently in Spanish.

**Additional information:**
