About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, resourceful, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager for our client, specializing in content distribution and amplification strategy.
You’ll work directly with the CEO to ensure the creation of engaging videos, podcasts, and thought-leadership pieces reach the right audience consistently and purposefully.
Experience Working In The Dental/healthcare Niche Is a Plus
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Transform long-form content (podcasts, videos, webinars) into short-form clips, carousels, quote graphics, and blog posts.
- Schedule and post content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage editorial and posting calendar to ensure consistency.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns for lead generation and retargeting.
- Upload blog content and resources to WordPress.
- Make light edits, update CTAs, embed videos, and track performance via analytics.
- Utilize tools like ChatGPT, Descript, Canva Magic Studio, etc., to streamline content creation and editing.
- Create branded clips and social assets using Descript or similar tools.
- Work within HubSpot to track contacts, assist with email campaigns, and align content with marketing automation.
Who are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, content, or social media roles (agency or B2B preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital content best practices and website platforms like WordPress.
- Proficiency in content creation, including writing, static graphics, and video editing.
- Experience with paid ads strategy.
- Experience working with HubSpot.
- Light video editing skills using Descript, Canva, or similar.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using AI tools for content writing, brainstorming, or repurposing.
- Experience in the healthcare/dental niche is a plus.
