About the Role
We are seeking a Data Quality Analyst with exceptional attention to detail and a strong command of English.
In this role, you will analyze nuanced contractual clauses, quality control AI-generated outputs, and collaborate with our team to enhance our processes.
This is a critical position for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our contract data and supporting our mission to transform the contracting process.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex and nuanced contractual language and data, ensuring accurate categorization and compliance with defined criteria.
- Perform meticulous quality control on AI-generated contract reviews to verify proper data classification and identify errors or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with teammates to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions.
- Create clear, concise reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, workflows, and concepts as our business evolves.
- Monitor and track updates to contracts within our database.
- Participate in additional projects as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience in a detail-oriented role (e.g., data analysis, contracts, compliance).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to spot inconsistencies, trends, or recurring structures in large sets of data and/or legal documents.
- Ability to maintain precision while performing repetitive data tasks across large volumes (e.g., hundreds of contracts)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze nuanced data and interpret complex contractual clauses.
- Ability to accurately tag text, clauses, or fields for use in structured datasets or machine learning models.
- Experience reviewing and quality-controlling data outputs, particularly those generated by AI or automated systems.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to identify and implement process improvements.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic startup environment.
- Experience with commercial contracts, software licensing, or similar legal documents is a plus, but not required.
