You will be part of the Data Consumer Assurance function within the Data Management organization, supporting the monitoring, validation, and assurance of Experian’s AWS-based data assets.
You’ll help ensure that our data meets high standards for quality, completeness, and compliance — while working in a modern, cloud-native environment.
This role is ideal for a data professional with 1–3 years of experience who has a solid technical foundation in data analysis and is eager to deepen their expertise in AWS data tools and automation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate AWS-hosted data assets to ensure quality, consistency, and completeness across platforms.
Develop and automate data quality checks, validation routines, and anomaly detection processes using AWS Glue, Lambda, and SQL.
Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Amazon QuickSight to surface key data quality metrics and operational insights.
Perform exploratory data analysis and data profiling to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and root causes of data issues.
Partner with data engineering, compliance, and product teams to support governance processes and assist with remediation activities.
Document monitoring procedures, automation scripts, and validation results for audit and traceability purposes.
Participate in optimizing data workflows and identifying opportunities for automation within AWS-based pipelines (e.g., S3, Glue Jobs, Step Functions).
Contribute to the continuous enhancement of data quality frameworks, documentation, and SLA monitoring processes.
