DESCRIPCIÓN


Empresa requiere de Ejecutivo/a de Atención al Cliente por Canales Digitales, para trabajar en temporada de Cyberday en la comuna de Providencia.

Dentro de sus funciones se incluye la atención en primera línea mediante chat, validando solicitudes y registrando cada interacción en los aplicativos del cliente, así como el ingreso, seguimiento y actualización de casos en dichas plataformas.

Adicionalmente, desempeña tareas de Back Office orientadas al análisis y avance de casos ya creados, y mantiene contacto con los clientes a través de correo electrónico o WhatsApp, ya sea para solicitar información faltante o para informar el progreso y cierre de sus requerimientos, asegurando una atención integral y una experiencia de servicio eficiente.

Uso y manejo de PC, navegación en páginas web, redacción y ortografía.

Experiencia en atención al cliente por canal digital, call center o presencial PLAZO DE TRABAJO: del al , por boleta de honorarios.

Rotativo en dos turnos: Turno 1: 08:00 a 18:00, Turno 2: 12:00 a 22:00 Sueldo bruto:
