serán tus principales responsabilidades?****

  • Ser el punto de contacto principal para los usuarios, asegurando una comunicación fluida y continua en todo momento.

  • Resolver consultas y solicitudes levantadas por nuestros usuarios, de manera eficiente y profesional, asegurando que cada usuario reciba un servicio de excelencia.

  • Mantener una comunicación escrita, clara, coherente y cohesionada con los usuarios, asegurando que todas las interacciones sean precisas y efectivas.

  • Hacer seguimiento detallado a cada caso, asegurando la resolución dentro de los tiempos establecidos y manteniendo al usuario informado del progreso.

  • Identificar y escalar problemas técnicos complejos a los equipos correspondientes, manteniendo siempre al usuario al tanto del estado de su solicitud.

  • Colaborar con otros equipos dentro de la empresa para asegurar que la experiencia del cliente sea integral y sin fricciones.

  • Fomentar la adopción y uso eficiente de los productos de Nubox en cada interacción, destacando sus beneficios y fomentando la satisfacción del cliente.

  • Mantener una actitud proactiva y orientada a la mejora continua en los procesos de atención y soporte.

  • Identificar y levantar oportunidades de cross-selling, upselling y referencias en la base instalada de clientes existentes.

*Must Have *

  • +2 años de experiencia en roles similares.

  • Conocimiento en Contabilidad y Remuneraciones (excluyente).

  • Experiencia en Atención al Cliente B2B.

  • Manejo de atención simultánea en canales digitales escritos.

  • Conocimientos de tecnología (SaaS, plataformas, etc.).

  • Uso de plataformas de gestión como Intercom, Zendesk u otras similares.

  • Experiencia en empresas líderes del rubro tecnológico.

Must Have

  • Profesional titulado o en curso en carreras como: Técnico en Administración de Empresas, Contador Auditor, Técnico en Contabilidad o afines.

  • Conocimientos de normativas SII relacionadas con procesos de facturación.

  • Manejo de CRM (ej.

    HubSpot, Salesforce básico).
