Customer Success Manager Job Opening In Chile, Chile – Now Hiring Norte Digital


Job description

Para importante empresa tecnológica, plataforma de gestión de riesgos psicosociales como base para una efectiva prevención del suicidio en estudiantes.

Buscamos a un profesional para desempeñar el rol de Customer Success Manager, quien será la principal responsable de acompañar a nuestros clientes –principalmente establecimientos educacionales y sus equipos psicoeducativos– en el uso efectivo de nuestra plataforma.

Este cargo es clave para garantizar que cada colegio que utilice la plataforma logre integrar la herramienta de forma exitosa en su planificación, facilitando procesos como la evaluación del bienestar estudiantil, el seguimiento de casos, la toma de decisiones basada en datos y la coordinación entre los distintos profesionales del área.


Responsabilidades principales


1. Acompañamiento en la implementación:


• Coordinar el proceso de activación de la plataforma con los equipos de los colegios.

Realizar el onboarding de nuevos clientes.


• Capacitar a docentes, orientadores/as y profesionales a cargo en el uso de la herramienta.


• Coordinar gestión de consentimientos.


2. Seguimiento y uso activo:


• Monitoreo y seguimiento de que el colegio esté utilizando efectivamente la plataforma.


• Identificar obstáculos o resistencias y proponer soluciones.


• Apoyar en la lectura e interpretación de los reportes si es necesario.


3. Relación con los encargados del colegio:


• Mantener contacto fluido con directivos, equipos de convivencia escolar y psicólogos/as.


• Reunirse periódicamente para recoger feedback, resolver dudas y ajustar el acompañamiento.


4. Medición de impacto y satisfacción:


• Evaluar resultados parciales y finales de la implementación.


• Levantar datos de satisfacción o percepción de valor.


• Identificar oportunidades de mejora o expansión dentro de la misma comunidad educativa.


5. Retención y renovación:


• Trabajar proactivamente para que el colegio renueve el servicio al año siguiente.


• Proponer mejoras o extensiones según las necesidades de la comunidad escolar.


Idealmente persona que cuente con experiencia en el rubro educativo de al menos 3 años.


Trabajo modalidad hibrida, media jornada.
