Por eso, necesitamos un/a Customer Service Representative como tú.

 Tus responsabilidades serán


  • Apoyar en negociaciones con proveedores logísticos y condiciones internacionales.




  • Gestionar solicitudes de compra, documentación y cumplimiento normativo.




  • Dar soporte en logística internacional, normas de calidad y transporte (GDP).




  • Colaborar con el equipo de Atención al Cliente en tareas diarias y consultas.




  • Mantener datos maestros de clientes y materiales en los sistemas.




  • Apoyar en licitaciones, facturación y control de pedidos.




  • Monitorear niveles de stock y reportar KPIs de servicio al cliente.




  • Recopilar feedback de clientes e iniciar acciones correctivas en SAP Fiori.

    Quién eres


  • Formación en administración, comercio internacional o similar.



  • Experiencia en el sector farmaceutico es un plus.


  • Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, logística o compras.




  • Conocimientos de Comercio Exterior y normativa de transporte (GDP).




  • Nivel alto de inglés (oral y escrito); otros idiomas son un plus.




  • Manejo de herramientas SAP/Fiori o sistemas similares.




  • Habilidades de comunicación, trabajo en equipo y orientación al detalle.
