🚀 ¿Qué buscamos?

Queremos incorporar un/a Operador/a de Primera Línea para nuestro equipo de Soporte.

Tu rol principal será resolver las consultas e incidencias de nuestros clientes, tanto de manera funcional como técnica.

Buscamos una persona proactiva, empática y con una marcada orientación al cliente, que contribuya a brindar una excelente experiencia de servicio.

💼 ¿Cuáles serán tus principales desafíos?

✅ Atención y Soporte al Cliente: 

  • Brindar atención a los clientes vía telefónica, mail y chat. 
  • Mantener un registro detallado de cada una de las interacciones y los casos reportados por los clientes. 
  • Realizar el seguimiento de los casos hasta su resolución.

✅ Resolución y Gestión de Incidencias: 

  • Diagnosticar las incidencias y derivarlas a las áreas correspondientes. 
  • Resolver las incidencias de manera eficiente, cumpliendo con los acuerdos de calidad del servicio.

🧠 ¿Qué esperamos de vos?

✅ Experiencia previa en atención a clientes de manera telefónica, mail y chat. 

✅ Habilidad para comunicarse de forma asertiva y resolver problemas. 

✅ Conocimiento básico en la gestión de tickets. 

✅ Manejo de Microsoft Office, en especial Excel. 

✅ Capacidades: Proactividad, paciencia, empatía y predisposición para el trabajo en equipo.
