Customer Implementation Specialist Job Opening In Las Condes – Now Hiring DataScope.io

Principales Funciones del cargo:

  • Supervisar los procesos y actividades de implementación y adopción (incorporación de nuevos clientes) de nuestra herramienta
  • Supervisar la instalación/configuración de la herramienta
  • Supervisar y garantizar el logro de los hitos de éxito y la implementación de KPI
  • Definir y garantizar la entrega del cronograma de implementación con nuevos clientes.
  • Realizar capacitaciones específicas necesarias para la implementación de nuestra herramienta, asegurando su mejor uso por parte de nuevos clientes
  • Evolucionar y estandarizar los materiales y procesos de implementación
  • Comunicarse con otras áreas comerciales para alinear las necesidades (como materiales de comunicación, product roadmap e integración, etc.)
  • Informar datos e información para mejorar el proceso de incorporación de nuevos clientes.
  • Conocimientos / Habilidades:

  • Altas habilidades interpersonales que te permitan empatizar con el cliente, generar confianza y guiar la implementación.
  • Experiencia en soporte
  • Manejo de Excel Avanzado
  • Capacidad para trabajar con hojas de cálculo y presentaciones de Google Package.
  • Capacidad para impartir formación de forma didáctica
  • Altas habilidades comunicacionales: Verbales y escritas
  • Habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo
  • Resolución de problemas de forma rápida y efectiva.

  • Deseable:

  • Residencia en Chile, Perú, Colombia, México o Argentina
  • Portugués + inglés (hablado y escrito)
  • Manejo de CRM (Idealmente Hubspot)
  • Conocimiento de SaaS (Software as a Service)
