  • Ingeniero(a) en Negocios Internacionales o Comercio Exterior recién titulado o con a lo más 2 años de experiencia laboral (post titulación).

  • Profesionales con capacidad analítica y sólidas habilidades de negociación.

  • Ingles intermedio, escrito y hablado.

  • Conocimiento Intermedio en MS Office (tablas dinámicas, formulas y funciones).
  • Como Coordinator Customer Service tendrás que:

  • Atender los requerimientos de los clientes de exportación e importación.

  • Realizar seguimiento de cada requerimiento, desde la solicitud hasta la entrega.

  • Asegurar la generación de toda la documentación necesaria por la empresa, las autoridades, etc.

  • Mantener una comunicación efectiva con todos los involucrados (clientes y áreas internas), tomando acción para la resolución de problemas del cliente.

  • Manejar las consultas de reserva según la solicitud del cliente.
