**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Senior SAP Basis Consultant, you will be a technical project leader responsible for planning, designing, and executing complex SAP implementation, migration, conversion and transformation projects.

You will work across multiple client engagements, leading technical workstreams and delivering innovative SAP solutions that drive business value and digital transformation.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Senior SAP Basis experience with proven track record leading complex SAP implementation, migration, and upgrade projects across multiple clients or business units
* Deep expertise in S/4 HANA transformation projects, including system conversions from ECC to S/4HANA, SAP RISE migrations, database migrations (Oracle/SQL Server to HANA), and version upgrades across different deployment scenarios (brownfield, bluefield, greenfield)
* Strong technical proficiency in SAP Netweaver administration including ECC, S/4 HANA, BW/BI, PI/PO, Solution Manager, and experience with SAP HANA database administration, performance tuning, and high availability configurations
* Demonstrated experience with cloud-based and RISE SAP implementations on the major cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, or Azure), including infrastructure design, migration execution, and optimization.
* Excellent project management and client-facing skills with ability to lead technical workstreams, manage stakeholder expectations, create technical documentation, and deliver executive-level presentations in both Spanish and English
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* SAP certifications in SAP Basis Administration (TADM10, TADM12 or equivalent), cloud platform certifications (Google Cloud, AWS Solutions, Azure or IBM Cloud) and SAP Conversion certification (E_S4CON*)
* Multiple S/4HANA version upgrade and conversion experience and exposure to SAP BTP services and integration scenarios
* Portfolio of 5+ successful S/4HANA conversion projects across different industries with experience managing concurrent projects and large client portfolios
* Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) with experience working across LATAM markets and understanding of regional compliance, regulatory, and business requirements
* Expertise in specialized SAP solutions such as SAP GRC implementations, S/4HANA CFIN, SSO enterprise deployments, or industry-specific add-ons (Banking, Retail, Utilities)
* Track record of implementing innovative SAP solutions including SAP BTP integration, RISE with SAP migrations, containerized SAP deployments, or greenfield cloud-native SAP architectures
* Mentorship and team development experience including training junior consultants, creating enablement programs, contributing to practice development, or speaking at SAP community events/conferences
* Experience with SAP migration toolsets including Software Provisioning Manager (SWPM), SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), DMO with System Move option, and SAP HANA System Replication for near-zero downtime scenarios
* Cross-platform technical knowledge spanning multiple operating systems (SUSE Linux, Red Hat, Windows Server), virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), and enterprise storage/backup solutions
* Demonstrated pre-sales and solution architecture experience including responding to RFPs, conducting technical discovery workshops, creating proposals, and supporting business development activities
* Strong understanding of SAP licensing models, project economics, and TCO analysis with ability to provide cost-benefit recommendations and optimize infrastructure spend
* Experience supporting global clients with 24x7 operations including managing geographically distributed teams, coordinating multi-timezone go-lives, and providing executive-level status reporting
