Propósito del rol

Ejecutar la presencia digital diaria de JP Legacy Group en redes sociales, asegurando que cada publicación, historia y video refleje la energía, coherencia y visión de la marca.

Este rol es 100% operativo y creativo, ideal para alguien que ama editar videos, publicar contenido, responder mensajes y mantener viva la comunidad digital.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Publicar contenido diario en Instagram, Facebook, TikTok y YouTube Shorts siguiendo el calendario aprobado.

  • Editar videos cortos (Reels y TikToks) con cortes dinámicos, subtítulos, ritmo atractivo, buena música y narrativa clara.

  • Diseñar piezas gráficas simples en Canva (stories, portadas, frases, anuncios, testimonios, promociones).

  • Crear y subir stories atractivos con enfoque en interacción, comunidad y branding.

  • Responder mensajes directos y comentarios en todas las plataformas con rapidez, empatía y tono profesional.

  • Monitorear la actividad diaria (comentarios, menciones, etiquetas, mensajes) y mantener orden en la bandeja.

  • Apoyar la programación de publicaciones mediante Meta Business Suite o Metricool.

  • Usar ManyChat para gestionar mensajes automatizados simples (leads, respuestas rápidas, sorteos, etc.).

  • Recopilar métricas básicas de rendimiento semanal (alcance, interacciones, crecimiento, leads).

  • Participar en reuniones semanales de contenido, aportando ideas basadas en tendencias y formatos virales.

  • Usar herramientas de IA (como ChatGPT) para crear copies, ideas de contenido o analizar tendencias.

Requisitos

  • 1–2 años de experiencia en manejo de redes sociales o Community Management.

  • Experiencia editando videos para TikTok, Reels o YouTube Shorts (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush o similar).

  • Dominio básico de Canva y herramientas de publicación como Meta Business Suite.

  • Excelente ortografía, redacción y manejo del tono de marca.

  • Experiencia atendiendo mensajes, comentarios y comunidad en redes.

  • Deseable conocimiento de ManyChat, Metricool, Notion o Zapier.

  • Habilidad para trabajar de forma organizada, cumplir cronogramas y mantener calidad visual.

  • Formación técnica o profesional en Comunicación, Marketing Digital o áreas afines.

Habilidades clave

  • Edición de videos cortos para TikTok / Reels / Shorts.

  • Publicación y ejecución diaria de contenido.

  • Atención rápida y profesional de mensajes y comentarios.

  • Diseño gráfico básico en Canva.

  • Organización digital y manejo de plataformas colaborativas.
