Commercial Support Analyst – Remote Work

What You’ll Do
- Act as an administrative assistant for the commercial teams.
- Manage the physical and virtual inventory of the commercial teams.
- Organize corporate events and initiatives related to the commercial teams.
- Coordinate the onboarding process and its materials for the commercial teams.
- Draft reports that may later be absorbed by the Sales Controlling team.
- Support communication and event activity associated with relevant programs of work.
- Acquire deep knowledge of the supported areas’ processes and value propositions.
Here’s What We Are Looking For
- Highly intuitive and comfortable with making quick decisions.
- Autonomous and self‑driven.
- Open to giving and receiving constructive criticism.
- Highly skilled in productivity tools such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain composure and organization in a high‑velocity setting.
- Availability with at least 6 hours of overlap between ET and PT time zones in the US.
- Advanced English level, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Desirable
- Working Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency.
- Background in software development and/or outsourcing.
- Previous B2B sales experience.
