About This Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team.
This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations across our supply chain, from transportation management to inventory control.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transportation & Logistics Management
- Coordinate, book, and monitor transportation for products; ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Maintain relationships with freight carriers and logistics partners.
- Manage inbound shipments in WMS and maintain accurate shipping/receiving records.
- Inventory Management
- Track inventory levels across all SKUs and storage locations; proactively alert teams of low stock.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience (CX) to manage out-of-stock situations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.
- Order Management & Customer Support
- Troubleshoot and manually process order-related issues.
- Work with CX team to resolve customer inquiries and ensure order accuracy.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of all orders.
- Financial Operations
- Manage invoicing processes and ensure billing accuracy.
- Maintain organized financial transaction records.
- Handle data and invoices for month-end close processes.
- Purchase Order (PO) Management
- Create, place, and track purchase orders; manage production schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors, maintain relationships, and escalate delays/issues.
- Maintain organized records of all vendor and co-man documents.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of freelancing experience
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2 level)
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and inventory management systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with ERP systems and order management platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Shift Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US EST
