Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Channel Sales Manager para el nuestras oficinas en Chile.

¿Qué desafíos te esperan?

  • Gestión de canales de distribución: Desarrollar y supervisar las relaciones con los diferentes canales de venta, como distribuidores, minoristas o socios estratégicos.

    Asegurarse de que los canales sean eficientes y rentables.

  • Desarrollo de estrategias de ventas: Diseñar e implementar estrategias para maximizar las ventas tanto a través de los canales indirectos como por ventas directas.

  • Ventas directas: Participar activamente en el proceso de ventas, gestionando cuentas clave, identificando oportunidades de negocio y cerrando ventas con clientes directamente.

  • Análisis de rendimiento: Evaluar y analizar el rendimiento de los canales y las ventas directas, asegurando que se alcancen los objetivos y se optimicen los procesos.

  • Capacitación y soporte: Capacitar y brindar soporte a los equipos de ventas de los canales y, en algunos casos, a los propios vendedores directos, para asegurar que estén alineados con las metas y estrategias de la empresa.

  • Gestión de relaciones: Mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con clientes clave, distribuidores y socios, con el fin de garantizar la satisfacción y la relación comercial

  • Monitoreo de tendencias y competencia: Seguir de cerca las tendencias del mercado y las actividades de la competencia para ajustar las estrategias y mejorar el rendimiento en ventas.

  • Cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales: Asegurar que las metas de ventas, tanto para canales indirectos como directos, se cumplan, y tomar medidas correctivas si es necesario.

  • Experiencia en empresas de telecomunicaciones y/o tecnología, ya sean nacionales o multinacionales.

    Graduado/a en carreras de Administración de Empresas, Comercialización, Marketing y/o afines.
