**Locations:** Santiago, Chile - Buenos Aires, Argentina
We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our team.
**The ideal candidate will have** **excellent communication and negotiation skills** , and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities - You will do:**
+ **Develop** **and maintain** strong relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth.
+ **Collaborate** with partners to develop and execute joint business plans to achieve mutual sales objectives.
+ **Provide support** to channel partners to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively sell our products/services.
+ **Monitor partner performance** and provide regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders.
+ **Identify new channel opportunities** and develop strategies to expand our channel partner network.
+ **Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product team** **s** to ensure alignment of channel partner activities with overall company objectives.
+ **Stay up-to-date on industry trends** and competitive landscape to identify potential threats and opportunities.
+ **Attend industry events** , trade shows, and conferences to network and build relationships with potential channel partners.
**Requirements - You will have:**
+ Bachelor’s degree (or about to complete College) in business administration, Engineering, or related field.
+ **5+** years of experience in similar roles
+ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
+ Willingness to travel as needed.
+ Language: **English language proficiency (Advanced+)**
+ **A PLUS** : Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
