Business Development Representative (B2B) Job Opening In WorkFromHome – Now Hiring ELVTR


Job description

ELVTR is a premier online education platform specializing in live courses led by top executives from globally renowned companies.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Business Development Representative to drive our B2B initiatives, contacting companies whose employees will benefit from ELVTR's courses and generating additional revenue through this new direction.

This is a full-time remote position, open to candidates located anywhere in Chile.

Position Overview

We are searching for a Business Development Representative with experience in B2B sales within the USA market, ideally in the EdTech or IT sectors.

You will work closely with our lead generation manager and play a crucial role in establishing and growing our B2B sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement:
    • Initiate contact with potential clients through emails, phone calls, and meetings.

    • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.

    • Demonstrate the features and benefits of ELVTR's courses.

  • Sales Negotiations:
    • Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing and contract terms.

    • Address client objections and close sales deals.

  • Account Management:
    • Manage existing client accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.

    • Provide after-sales support to address any issues or concerns.

  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

    • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Sales Reporting:
    • Use CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.

  • B2B Sales/Bizdev Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and/or partnership building.

    Deep understanding of the B2B landscape, including sales cycles, business models, and corporate decision-making processes.

  • Communication and Language Skills: Exceptional command of the English language, with native-level fluency and an outstanding ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • Working Hours Flexibility: Ability to work with teams across different time zones if needed.

    This position requires working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM EST to align with the North American market.
