Modelo de trabajo: Remoto 100% (para candidatos en cualquier ubicación de Latinoamérica, España, o USA)

Disponibilidad: Jornada completa (lunes a viernes, 9 a 18 hs, fuull time)

Modalidad: Contractor.

Responsabilidades clave en Desarrollo de Negocios – Servicios de Reclutamiento/Outsourcing



  • Expandir y gestionar la cartera de clientes existentes, identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocio en los sectores de reclutamiento y outsourcing.


  • Desarrollar propuestas comerciales efectivas y personalizadas, alineadas con las necesidades y requerimientos de cada cliente potencial.


  • Llevar adelante negociaciones contractuales enfocadas en la consecución de objetivos mutuos y el establecimiento de relaciones laborales a largo plazo.


  • Colaborar con los equipos de operaciones y reclutamiento para asegurar una adecuada entrega de los servicios y la satisfacción del cliente.


  • Monitorear el mercado, analizar tendencias y competencia para identificar oportunidades de mejora o nuevos productos/servicios.


  • Representar a la empresa en presentaciones comerciales, ferias, conferencias y eventos (online y/o presenciales).

Requisitos para la posición de Business Development Manager – Reclutamiento & Outsourcing



  • Experiencia comprobada (mínimo 5 años) en desarrollo de negocios en el sector de servicios de recursos humanos, reclutamiento, outsourcing o staffing.

  • Habilidad destacada en la generación y gestión de relaciones comerciales en entornos B2B, con foco en ventas consultivas o soluciones personalizadas.


  • Excelentes competencias de comunicación verbal y escrita en español (se valorará conocimiento de inglés).


  • Manejo avanzado de plataformas CRM, herramientas digitales de prospección y canales virtuales de ventas.


  • Actitud proactiva, alta organización y orientación a resultados.


  • Autonomía en el trabajo remoto y capacidad de autogestión en la agenda diaria.

  • Experiencia previa gestionando ciclos completos de venta de servicios de reclutamiento, proyectos RPO, outsourcing de nómina, o servicios de workforce management.
