Your Role in VT Markets
In this role as a Business Development Manager, you will focus on identifying new leads for expansion and developing innovative strategies to grow the business by recognizing opportunities and addressing needs within the CFD industry in the Chile region.
You will be responsible for expanding and managing a portfolio of Brokers and Partners while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with regional marketing and client relations teams.
This is a remote-based position where you will work from home during regular office hours.
Your responsibilities
- Business leads origination: identify new leads for expansion and develop new ways to grow the business within the CFD industry.
- Active business relationship building and engagement: maintain strong development relationships with IBs and expansion of our portfolio of Introducing Brokers and Partners, while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly/quarterly targets by diversifying the IB pool.
- Competitor analysis: conduct periodic analysis to understand competitors and identify opportunities for VT Markets to capitalize on.
- Troubleshooting and business support: act as the primary contact for issues from partners and the IB side, collaborating with internal teams to resolve them.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through a well-managed sales pipeline.
- Develop strong relationships with IBs and partners.
- Significant contribution to the business top line and user acquisition.
- Actively participate in events such as workshops and seminars as part of the business development strategy.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Qualification & Experience:
- 3+ years of work experience in the CFD industry within business development, with strong experience dealing with IBs and partners.
- Strong base of IBs and partners through personal portfolios; a diploma or degree in any field; technical and functional skills.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) as part of business development initiatives.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for sales pitches.
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building with partners and clients.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English.
Other Requirements:
- Occasional travel within Chile (10%).
- Remote role requires access to personal device and laptop for work.
