Sales Development Representative – DataScope (SaaS B2B)

Ubicación: Santiago, Chile

Tipo de posición: Tiempo completo, híbrido

DataScope es una Startup de Software Chilena que está cambiando la forma en que las empresas digitalizan sus operaciones en más de 40 países.

Actualmente, estamos creciendo nuestro equipo de SDR's y buscamos a alguien que la rompa, sea competitivo(a), y que no se conforme hasta llegar a cada rincón donde nos necesiten ¿Eres tú?

Responsabilidades

  • Prospección: Serás el corazón de nuestro negocio .

    Tu habilidad para identificar y contactar nuevos clientes será clave para expandir la presencia de DataScope.

    Con un análisis previo y estratégico, conectarás con empresas que realmente necesitan nuestra solución.

  • Contactos en frío (outbound): Dominarás el arte de la comunicación asertiva .

    Desde distintos canales, lograrás captar la atención de altos cargos con mensajes empáticos y relevantes.

  • Calificación de oportunidades: No solo generarás contactos, sino que identificarás las mejores oportunidades .

    Asegurarás que cada reunión agendada sea una verdadera puerta al éxito.

  • Esperamos que luego de tu proceso de Onboarding estes capacitado de generar como mínimo entre 12 y 14 reuniones calificadas al mes.

Competencias/ Habilidades

    • Profesionales egresados en Administración, Ingeniería Comercial/Industrial, comunicación social o carreras similares.

    • Habilidad para conectar con las personas y comunicarte de manera asertiva.

    • Sin miedo al teléfono: sabemos que las grandes oportunidades empiezan con una llamada
    • Pasión por aprender y el deseo de convertir nuevas ideas en realidad.

 Extras que suman puntos

    • Experiencia en ventas outbound, especialmente SaaS.

    • Al menos 1 año de experiencia** en ventas de cualquier tipo.

    • Inglés intermedio o avanzado.

    • Conocimiento en CRM (usamos Hubspot) y herramientas de prospección.

    • Presencia activa y profesional en LinkedIn.
