About The Role

We are hiring a Business Analyst to strengthen our Client Services team by owning reporting, reconciliation, and proactive analysis across client accounts.

This role ensures accuracy in case counts and budgets, surfaces performance insights, and creates scalable reporting solutions that empower the entire team.

The ideal candidate is mid-level, highly analytical, and able to take full ownership of results with minimal oversight.

They are adept at spotting trends, building actionable reports, and anticipating issues before they become problems.

What You'll Do

  • Client Reporting & Reconciliation: Own the process of reconciling signed case counts between internal systems and client reports, resolving discrepancies independently.

  • Custom Reporting: Deliver accurate, client-ready reports that align with goals and expectations, while continuously improving report templates and workflows.

  • Proactive Analysis & Insights: Monitor conversion rates, lead quality, and profitability by lead type and field values to proactively spot risks and opportunities.

  • Operational Excellence & Financial Control: Ensure all reconciliations, reallocations, and reports are error-free and backed by clear data sources.

  • Client-Facing Support: Participate in client email threads to share reconciled numbers, reporting deliverables, and updates related to reallocations.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4–6 years in business analysis, reporting, client operations, or related analytical roles.

  • Technical Skills: Master level of proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to slice/dice data, reconcile discrepancies, and extract actionable insights across multiple variables.

  • Automation & Tools: Comfortable building repeatable reports, dashboards, and using AI or automation to accelerate data comparison and analysis.

  • Ownership: Able to take responsibility for results with little oversight, quickly becoming the go-to person for reporting and analysis.
