Budget & Performance Analyst – Operations Chile
This role will be responsible to ensure the efficient use, control, and monitoring of the budget for the Supply Chain and Customer Care areas, supporting strategic and operational decision-making through accurate financial management, administrative support, KPI consolidation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Review monthly budget execution, compare actual vs approved, identify deviations, recommend adjustments.
- Guarantee full traceability and documentation of expenses, validating invoices, executions, and records in systems.
- Ensure expenses are booked under the correct cost centers, invoices are issued on time, and payments are executed within deadlines.
- Collect, validate, and consolidate KPIs from Supply Chain and Customer Care, preparing dashboards.
- Update dashboards, present results, generate executive and operational reports.
- Analyze budget/KPI deviations, identify root causes, propose corrective measures, track follow-up.
- Identify optimization opportunities, prepare comparative analyses, deliver ad hoc reports.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Customer Care and Finance leaders to align reports and indicators.
- Collect projected spending data, prepare projections and scenarios, coordinate with Finance.
Position Requirements
:
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in budget control, reporting, or similar roles.
• Experience in Supply Chain or Customer Care areas is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power BI is a plus)
• Languages: Spanish and intermediate English (spoken and written).
