Nuestro cliente, reconocido Banco requiere Asistentes de Atención a Clientes para desempeñarse en sucursales de la ciudad de Osorno.

Principales Funciones

  • Atender a los clientes en relación a servicios de solicitudes varias.

  • Emitir los documentos de vales vista, depósitos judiciales, etc.

  • Realizar el bloqueo y desbloqueos de cuentas corrientes, tarjetas de crédito, etc.

  • Atender la post-venta de todos los productos y servicios de banco.

  • Recibir y procesar las solicitudes de nuevos servicios de los clientes.

  • Entre otras.

Conocimientos

  • Poseer experiencia en Banca o conocimientos en productos bancarios.

  • Poseer conocimiento en Sistema Finesse.

Requisitos

  • Contar con disponibilidad inmediata
  • Poseer estudios técnicos de carreras afines al rubro bancario
