busca incorporar a su equipo en Chile una Asistente Ejecutiva Bilingüe, con alta capacidad organizacional, proactividad y habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español.

Cuales serán las principales funciones:

  • Gestión y coordinación ejecutiva: Administrar y priorizar agendas de manera eficiente.- Programar reuniones, conferencias y eventos corporativos.-Asegurar que todas las actividades estén alineadas con las prioridades del negocio.

  • Comunicación bilingüe: Redactar, traducir y revisar documentos y correos en inglés y español.

    - Ser un nexo entre equipos internos y externos en ambos idiomas.

  • Organización de viajes y eventos: Planificar viajes de negocio, gestionando vuelos, hoteles, transporte y viáticos.

    - Elaborar itinerarios completos y claros.- Coordinar la logística de reuniones, workshops y presentaciones.

  • Gestión documental y reportes: Preparar informes, minutas y presentaciones ejecutivas.

    - Manejar información confidencial con total discreción.

    -Organizar y archivar documentos físicos y digitales.

  • Coordinación transversal: Colaborar con distintas áreas internas (HR, operaciones, clientes internos y externos).- Apoyar en la resolución de problemas operativos y proponer mejoras.- Facilitar la comunicación entre líderes y equipos.

  • Atención a clientes internos y externos: Responder consultas con rapidez, empatía y eficiencia.- Brindar soporte proactivo en gestiones administrativas y comerciales.

  • Flexibilidad y análisis: Adaptarse a cambios de prioridades y proyectos de último minuto.

    -Investigar información clave y generar reportes que apoyen la toma de decisiones.

Que buscamos

  • Formación técnica profesional.

  • Inglés intermedio (oral y escrito).

  • Manejo de Excel intermedio (fórmulas y tablas dinámicas) y suite Office.

  • Experiencia en facturación, coordinación y atención a clientes.

  • Habilidades destacadas en comunicación, servicio al cliente e iniciativa.
