¿Te gustaría contribuir al desarrollo sostenible e inclusivo del ecosistema de emprendimiento regional?

HUB M es una iniciativa del Gobierno de Santiago, ejecutada por Fundación Chile y ubicada en el centro de Santiago.

Es un proyecto que busca apoyar a las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas (MIPYMES) de la Región Metropolitana de Chile, ofreciendo un punto de encuentro y servicios de apoyo para mejorar sus negocios, fomentando economías locales y colaborativas, diseñando un modelo de laboratorios abiertos de emprendimiento e innovación.

HUB M busca democratizar el acceso a los servicios de emprendimiento e innovación, habilitando infraestructura que visibiliza, da soporte y tracciona la oferta disponible del ecosistema regional a los emprendedores.

Actualmente, buscamos integrar al equipo de trabajo un/a Asistente de Atención a Público para asegurar una recepción cálida, eficiente y profesional de los emprendedores y visitantes del HUB.

Su propósito es ser el primer punto de contacto en el lobby del primer piso, funcionando como un espacio de atención inicial, entregando información general sobre el proyecto y sus servicios, y apoyando en la correcta derivación de consultas hacia las áreas correspondientes.

De esta forma, deberá contribuir a generar una experiencia positiva y coherente con la misión del HUB, fortaleciendo la relación con el ecosistema emprendedor regional.

Dentro de sus principales actividades se encuentran: 

Recepción y orientación de visitantes

  • Atender y acoger a emprendedores y público en general desde la recepción/lobby del primer piso.

  • Brindar información clara y accesible sobre el HUB M, sus objetivos, servicios y normativa general.

  • Orientar y derivar adecuadamente a los visitantes hacia las áreas, personas o actividades correspondientes en otros sectores del HUB y del ecosistema del emprendedor.

  • Registro y comunicación interna

  • Mantener registros de asistencia, visitas y consultas recibidas, elaborando reportes básicos cuando se requiera.

  • Canalizar observaciones, requerimientos o incidentes a las áreas responsables del HUB para asegurar la mejora continua del servicio.

  • Requisitos 

  • Contar con formación técnica o cursos relacionados con atención de clientes, administración o gestión de servicios.

  • Se valorará la experiencia en atención de público, recepción o funciones similares.
