Asistente Atención al Cliente Job Opening In Huechuraba – Now Hiring MVS GROUP


Job description

Importante institución bancaria se encuentra en búsqueda de Asistente de mesón con experiencia para sucursal ubicada en ciudad empresarial Huechuraba

Horario: Lunes a viernes 08:30 a 17:30 Horas con 1 hora de colación.

Renta: $ líquidos

Funciones:

  • Atender a los clientes en relación a servicios de solicitudes varias, aclaraciones de cheques protestados, poderes notariales, entrega de cheques, documentos devueltos y en general cualquier otro requerimiento de post venta que le sea formulado.

  • Emitir los documentos de vales a la vista, depósitos judiciales y registrar número de giros telegráficos y memos de tesorería general de otros Bancos.

  • Promover el uso de los servicios automatizados.

  • Realizar el bloqueo y desbloqueo de cuentas corrientes, tarjetas de créditos, cuentas de ahorro, tarjetas de cajero automático e ingreso de situaciones especiales.

  • Ingresar y eliminar órdenes de no pago.

  • Atender la post‐venta de todos los productos y servicios del Banco (ahorro, cuentas corrientes, créditos, etc.).

  • Efectuar las modificaciones de los antecedentes que afecten los registros informáticos de los clientes.

  • Recibir y procesar las solicitudes de nuevos servicios de los clientes.

  • Cursar y firmar avisos de giros diferidos autorizados por los clientes previamente.

  • Apoyar la función comercial manteniendo un conocimiento actualizado de todos los productos y servicios del Banco.

  • Recibir solicitudes de certificados de parte de los clientes, entregándolas al Jefe de Operaciones para que disponga su confección.

  • Realizar cualquier otra actividad, de índole similar a las anteriores, que su jefe le solicite.

Requisitos

  • Enseñanza media completa
  • Experiencia como Asistente de meson en cualquier institución bancaria (EXCLUYENTE)
  • Experiencia mínima requerida 3 meses.
