Descripción Serás responsable de brindar soporte administrativo y logístico a la organización, asegurando la correcta gestión de viajes, reservas, eventos y recursos, así como el apoyo eficiente a las diferentes áreas de la empresa, con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos organizacionales y el funcionamiento óptimo de las operaciones diarias.

Cómo lograrás un impacto Gestión de viajes corporativos: Coordinar y gestionar la logística de viajes, incluyendo la compra de pasajes, transporte y documentación necesaria.

Gestión de reservas: Realizar reservas de hoteles y salas de reuniones, asegurando la disponibilidad y cumplimiento de los requerimientos.

Supervisión de servicios generales: Hacer seguimiento a los reportes de aseo y limpieza, garantizando un ambiente laboral adecuado.

Organización de eventos: Planificar y coordinar eventos internos y externos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos y presupuestos establecidos.

Apoyo administrativo: Brindar soporte a las diferentes áreas de la organización en tareas administrativas, como la elaboración de informes, gestión de documentos y atención de solicitudes.

Acerca de ti Experiencia: 2 años de experiencia en la coordinación y gestión de viajes corporativos, incluyendo la compra de pasajes, transporte y manejo de documentación necesaria, gestión de reservas de hoteles y salas de reuniones, asegurando la disponibilidad y cumplimiento de los requerimientos específicos.

Experiencia en la planificación y coordinación de eventos internos y externos.

Apoyo administrativo a diferentes áreas de la organización cuando se requiera.

Es muy importante haber brindado apoyo directamente a altos ejecutivos, como CEOs, Directivos/Managers.

Perfil Académico: Técnico o Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Secretariado Ejecutivo, Gestión de Recursos Humanos, Turismo y Hotelería, o carreras afines.

Herramientas: Dominio de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) a nivel Avanzado.

Manejo de herramientas de gestión de reservas (como Booking, Amadeus o similares).

Es un plus el conocimiento y experiencia con plataformas de gestión de tareas y proyectos (Trello, Asana o similares).

Inglés: Avanzado (Mandatorio) Soft Skills: Perfil estructurado y organizado, con capacidad para gestionar agendas, priorizar tareas y atender solicitudes de manera eficiente, siendo el primer punto de contacto y garantizando una experiencia profesional.

Comunicación efectiva y asertiva con enfoque en brindar un servicio de calidad.
