Funciones del Cargo

Organismo Técnico de Capacitación de Importante Empresa, requiere incorporar a su equipo a Asistente Administrativa OTEC.

La persona estará a cargo principalmente de las siguientes funciones:

1.

Operar los sistemas Sence para codificar programas de capacitación, habilitar relatores, gestionar cierres de cursos, declaraciones juradas, control de asistencia para cursos presenciales y online, entre otras funciones propias de la actividad.

2.

Desarrollar las actividades administrativas asociadas a cada curso de capacitación: preparación de materiales, coordinación con docentes, habilitación de salas y laboratorios, entre otras actividades.

3.

Gestionar con las empresas clientes la documentación necesaria para la ejecución de los programas de capacitación

4.

Desarrollar actividades de difusión de los programas de capacitación.
