Job description

Hoy más que nunca, el mundo de la salud necesita a las y los mejores Te invitamos a ser parte de UC CHRISTUS Porque juntos podemos cambiar la vida de nuestros pacientes, buscamos un(a) Asistente Administrativo(a) para nuestro servicio de Maternidad en la Clínica San Carlos de Apoquindo, bajo modalidad 4to turno, por reemplazo a honorarios durante los meses de febrero y marzo.

Objetivo del cargo:

Ejecutar las actividades administrativas de los distintos Servicios Clínicos que le sean asignados, así como los requerimientos del equipo de enfermería y médico, realizando las tareas delegadas que contribuyen a la atención integral del paciente y su familia.

Funciones del cargo:

  • Asistir y atender solicitudes de pacientes, clientes internos y/o externos al servicio con el objetivo de entregar una atención oportuna a las necesidades que se generen.

  • Entregar información de su competencia que requiera el paciente y/o alguien de la unidad o externo a ella, con el propósito de mantener una comunicación ágil y oportuna.

  • Entregar el soporte y apoyo necesario al equipo clínico como administrativo del servicio con el objetivo de trabajar de manera conjunta y fluida.

  • Colaborar con el equipo de salud en la solución y canalización de problemas clínicos y administrativos con el propósito de proporcionar el apoyo necesario para el óptimo funcionamiento del servicio.

  • Chequear que la información administrativa y clínica esté en los sistemas de gestión con el objetivo de mantener el registro para posteriores consultas y visibilidad de ello.

  • Asegurar y chequear que el programa médico se encuentre en ficha clínica al momento del alta de los pacientes.

  • Elaborar documentación que sea solicitada por el equipo médico y/o jefatura con el objetivo de proporcionar la información que le sea solicitada.

  • Llevar registro mensual de facturas, boletas u otros de proveedores en sistema con el propósito de llevar un control de ello.

  • Revisar y realizar todos los movimientos de pacientes, ingresos, traslados y altas en los sistemas informáticos existentes.

  • Realizar chequeo de documentación en fichas clínicas al alta de paciente y registra según procedimiento interno.

Requisitos:

  • Curso/Licenciatura de Secretario(a) y/o Administrativo(a).

  • 1 años de experiencia en cargos similares.

  • Manejo de Excel intermedio.
