Se busca Asistente Administrativo/a de Atención al Cliente y Ventas para integrarse a nuestro equipo en Sector Puente Ñuble, brindando soporte administrativo general y atención integral a los clientes que se comuniquen con la empresa.
La persona seleccionada será responsable de gestionar solicitudes de clientes, elaborar cotizaciones, realizar seguimiento a requerimientos y apoyar en campañas comerciales, contribuyendo activamente al cumplimiento de las metas comerciales de la organización.
Dentro de sus principales funciones se encuentran atender llamadas telefónicas, correos y otros medios de contacto, gestionar solicitudes y derivarlas a las áreas correspondientes cuando sea necesario, resolver directamente consultas dentro de sus atribuciones y mantener informado al cliente sobre el estado de su requerimiento.
Además, deberá mantener el orden de documentos y archivos, elaborar cotizaciones solicitadas por clientes, hacer seguimiento a estas para su conversión en ventas y coordinar la correcta ejecución de los servicios agendados.
También tendrá la responsabilidad de ingresar y confirmar servicios en el sistema, así como apoyar en campañas comerciales y contactar clientes según el plan de acción definido.
Se requiere experiencia en atención al cliente y labores administrativas, manejo de herramientas informáticas como correo electrónico, Excel y software de gestión, buen nivel de comunicación oral y escrita, alta capacidad de organización, seguimiento y resolución de problemas, además de orientación al cliente y resultados.
Se valoran competencias como comunicación efectiva, proactividad, adaptabilidad, trabajo en equipo, organización y resolución de problemas.
