Job description

Fundación Chile, junto a la alianza estratégica con Finlandia a través de VTT Research, buscará contribuir al desarrollo de la Región de Magallanes y de la Antártica Chilena a través de la creación de un Centro Tecnológico para la Innovación en Hidrógeno Verde, jugando un rol fundamental para generar capacidades locales que por una parte habiliten el desarrollo de la industria pero también promuevan que la propia región se beneficie de la misma, en términos de creación de empleo directo, desarrollo de proveedores locales, fortalecimiento de las capacidades para investigación aplicada y transferencia tecnológica, potenciamiento de emprendimiento de base científico-tecnológico y formación de capital humano especializado a lo largo de la cadena de valor.

Actualmente, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Asistente Administrativo/a Contable, quien será responsable de apoyar técnica y administrativamente la gestión del centro, incluyendo los diversos procesos administrativo-contables y tareas asignadas, garantizando que las operaciones de éste se ejecuten de manera eficiente y alineadas con las políticas y objetivos de la organización.

Dentro de sus principales funciones, deberá:

Ejecutar procesos técnicos y/o administrativos de las distintas áreas como apoyo al centro, tales como: Gestión de ingreso de proveedores y seguimiento a Compliance, gestión de requisiciones y/o órdenes de compra, ingreso y/o seguimiento de contratos, seguimiento a documentos tributarios y pago a proveedores, entre otros.

Cumplimiento de las políticas, tales como Compliance, compras, ley de datos, etc.

velando por la probidad y coherencia.

Mantener el respaldo actualizado y ordenado de la información del centro.

4.

Apoyar la gestión y coordinación con proveedores para procesos de contratación de servicios.

5.

Preparar información para la generación de informes técnicos y financieros, así como para la preparación oportuna y periódica de otros informes y rendiciones de cuentas.

Requisitos:

  • Carrera técnica o de pregrado en el ámbito de la administración, contabilidad & auditoría, finanzas, o afín.

  • 3-4 años de experiencia en funciones descritas en el cargo o similares en el ámbito de administración y finanzas, gestión contable, compras o afín.

  • Disponibilidad para vivir en la región de Magallanes.

  • Manejo de ERP Netsuite o similar y manejo de Herramientas ofimáticas (deseable).

  • Dominio de idioma inglés, nivel básico (deseable).
