, empresa dedicada al análisis y monitoreo de calidad del agua y alimentos, buscamos un
Asistente Administrativo y Logístico
para nuestra oficina ubicada en
Pudahuel, Santiago
.

El objetivo del cargo es apoyar las labores administrativas, operativas y logísticas, asegurando la correcta recepción, registro, control y despacho de productos, además de coordinar importaciones, documentación y atención a clientes internos y externos.

Responsabilidades

Gestión Administrativa y Logística:

  • Revisar y mantener actualizadas las guías de despacho y documentos pendientes.

  • Recepcionar importaciones e ingresar productos al sistema.

  • Coordinar y preparar despachos mediante Chilexpress y envíos internos.

  • Mantener actualizada la presentación semanal (PPT) y planilla de
    back order
    en Excel.

  • Realizar seguimiento de pedidos con proveedores y clientes.

  • Archivar y controlar documentos administrativos y logísticos.

  • Gestionar certificados y documentación técnica.

  • Elaborar reportes administrativos y de control (VCMD y otros).

  • Mantener orden y limpieza en el área administrativa.

Apoyo Operativo:

  • Subir y bajar productos en bodega (importaciones, devoluciones, despachos).

  • Cargar y descargar materiales para ferias o eventos.

  • Realizar traslados dentro y fuera de la Región Metropolitana (retiros o despachos internos).

  • Apoyar desplazamientos a regiones cuando sea necesario.

Requisitos

Formación:

  • Técnico nivel medio o superior en
    Administración, Logística
    o carrera afín.

Experiencia:

  • Mínimo
    1 año en funciones administrativas o logísticas.

  • Deseable experiencia en empresas pequeñas o medianas.

Conocimientos:

  • Manejo intermedio de
    Microsoft Excel y PowerPoint.

  • Control de inventarios y documentación comercial.

  • Deseable conocimiento en gestión documental y control de stock.

  • Licencia de conducir clase B (deseable).

  • Responsabilidad, organización y compromiso.

  • Buena comunicación y trabajo en equipo.

  • Orientación al cliente interno y externo.
