Responsabilidades:

  • Gestión de Cuentas: Desarrollar y mantener un portafolio de clientes priorizados, asegurando la satisfacción y el crecimiento continuo de las relaciones comerciales, utilizando herramientas de gestión e indicadores de ventas.

  • Prospección: Identificar y prospectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, ampliando la base de clientes de la empresa.

  • Negociación: Conducir negociaciones complejas, construyendo acuerdos beneficiosos para ambas partes.

  • Gestión de Equipos: Liderar, apoyar y desarrollar equipos multidisciplinarios, garantizando alto rendimiento y cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales, en alineación con el ejecutivo Prime de la cuenta.

  • Análisis de Mercado: Monitorear tendencias del mercado, identificar oportunidades y riesgos, y ajustar las estrategias de ventas.

  • Planificación Estratégica: Elaborar e implementar planes de acción para alcanzar las metas de ventas establecidas.

  • Reportes y Análisis: Generar reportes de desempeño y realizar análisis de datos para identificar áreas de mejora y tomar decisiones estratégicas.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia en ventas, preferentemente en el sector Retail.

  • Conocimientos Técnicos:
  • Sólido conocimiento del sector Retail y sus procesos.

  • Experiencia en análisis de planes de cuentas e indicadores financieros.

  • Habilidad en el uso de herramientas de CRM y gestión comercial.

Responsibilities

  • Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.

  • Capacidad de negociación y persuasión.

  • Enfoque en resultados y orientación a objetivos.

  • Capacidad para construir relaciones duraderas con los clientes.

  • Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.

  • Fluidez en inglés; español deseable.

  • Formación: Título universitario en Ingeniería, Administración, Marketing, Economía o áreas afines.

  • Experiencia en gestión de equipos de alto rendimiento.

  • Conocimiento en metodologías de ventas consultivas.

  • Experiencia en negociación de grandes contratos.

  • MBA o posgrado en áreas relacionadas con ventas y negocios.
