Application Support Engineer

We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to provide end‑to‑end technical and functional support for two enterprise platforms — Specright / PDMS (Salesforce‑based) and Interius (Azure‑hosted).

This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, resolving incidents, maintaining data integrity, and supporting integration enhancements across both systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2/3 application support for the Specright PDMS and Interius platforms, managing incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting data and access issues.

  • Maintain and improve integrations between Salesforce‑based and Azure‑hosted systems; collaborate with middleware teams to configure, test, and monitor API and data connections.

  • Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Salesforce Data Loader scripts for bulk data imports, updates, and migrations.

  • Support supplier onboarding, user administration, and role‑based access configuration.

  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to analyze issues, validate solutions, and optimize workflows.

  • Participate in integration testing, documentation of technical specifications, and maintenance of operational playbooks.

  • Liaise with vendor support teams (Salesforce, Specright) for escalated issues and platform enhancements.

  • Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to continuous process and system optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS application support (Salesforce preferred).

  • Hands‑on experience with APIs (REST/SOAP) , authentication (OAuth/SSO), and data integration .

  • Experience with Salesforce Data Loader or similar ETL tools.

  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure environments and integration workflows.

  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills; able to work independently in a global environment.

  • Experience supporting packaging, supplier, or product data management systems is a plus.
