Descripción del cargo: Importante empresa del rubro tecnológico busca incorporar a su equipo un Agente Service Desk orientado a la atención y soporte técnico de usuarios internos y externos.

La principal función del cargo es entregar asistencia técnica telefónica, resolviendo peticiones e incidencias con el objetivo de mantener la operatividad de todas las herramientas tecnológicas de escritorio.

Funciones principales: ?

Atender y resolver requerimientos técnicos de primer nivel vía telefónica o remota.

?

Soporte en herramientas de ofimática (Office 2016 y Microsoft 365).

?

Gestión y resolución de incidencias en sistemas operativos Windows 10 y 11.

?

Manejo avanzado de correo electrónico, Microsoft Teams y OneDrive.

?

Administración básica en Active Directory (reset de contraseñas, desbloqueos, etc.).

?

Toma de control remoto de equipos y configuraciones básicas.

Requisitos: ?

Estudios técnicos en informática, telecomunicaciones o carrera afín.

?

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en cargos similares.

?

Conocimiento avanzado en herramientas Microsoft y entorno Windows.

?

Buenas habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente.

Condiciones del cargo: ?

Contrato a plazo fijo, con posibilidad de pasar a indefinido según desempeño.

Horario: o Lunes a jueves: 08:30 a 18:30 hrs.

o Viernes: 08:30 a 17:30 hrs.
