Buscamos a Agente Call Center que quieran aprender y transformar su carrera.

En esta función trandrás que: 

Entregar soporte y asistencia técnica a usuarios, asegurando una solución oportuna a sus requerimientos.

Otorgar apoyo Técnico, entregando y registrando toda la información necesaria para cumplir con los requerimientos internos de la compañía y sus clientes.

Es responsable de proporcionar al cliente asistencia técnica en la solución de sus incidentes, gestionando todas las acciones necesarias para concretar el cese del problema y obtener la satisfacción del cliente.

Ideal si cuentas con requisitos: 

  • Técnico en cualquier área.
  • Con mínimo (6) meses de experiencia en atención telefónica, call center, servicio al cliente o asesor comercial
  • Manejo de ofimática, habilidades en escucha activa, redacción, ortografía, comprensión de lectura y actitud de servicio.

  • Horario: Horarios de Lunes a domingo (1 descanso - Sábado o Domingo) Disponibilidad del tiempo 7x24.

    Contrato: Indefinido

    Modalidad: Directamente en Site Zona Franca Fontibón.
