Job description

Empresa del rubro Logística/Distribución se encuentra en búsqueda de un(a) colaborador(a) para el cargo de Administrativo de RRHH, para desempeñar sus funciones de manera presencial en Coronel.

Colaborador(a) será responsable de gestionar los procesos de reclutamiento, contratación, inducción y desvinculación del personal, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos de educación, formación, habilidades y experiencia definidos por la empresa.

Funciones:

  • Mantener actualizados los registros administrativos de cada trabajador,
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral vigente, así como de las políticas y disposiciones internas
  • Gestión de pagos, control de haberes y descuentos, y la coordinación de estadías y viáticos cuando corresponda
  • Nexo directo con la operación, con el fin de atender contingencias, ajustar requerimientos y garantizar una adecuada administración de los recursos humanos asignados

Perfil deseado:

  • Enseñanza Media Completa, Técnico Superior en Administración de Empresas, o carrera afín
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en cargos de similares responsabilidades
  • Residencia en Talcahuano
