Eleccon Maquinarias, empresa del rubro de la minería, requiere para sus proyectos ubicados en la región de Antofagasta

  • Administrativo de Infraestructura

Objetivo del Cargo:

El Administrativo de Infraestructura es responsable de coordinar, gestionar y controlar todos los aspectos administrativos y logísticos asociados a los servicios generales de oficina y soporte a faenas, asegurando eficiencia en el uso de recursos, cumplimiento de políticas internas y fluidez en las operaciones administrativas y de apoyo a la gestión territorial.

· Gestión de Pagos : Ejecutar pagos de servicios generales y gastos de oficinas a través de la plataforma corporativa.

· Contratación de Servicios de Apoyo para faena : Cotizar y contratar servicios de alimentación, baños químicos, combustible y similares para faenas en las etapas de inicio de los contratos.

· Contratación de Servicios de Apoyo : Cotizar y contratar servicios de alimentación, alojamiento, traslados para la Gerencia de la II y III Región.

· Control de Accesos : Gestionar la documentación y validación para ingreso de personal externo y visitas a las instalaciones.

· Administración de Insumos : Mantener inventario, abastecimiento y distribución de artículos de oficina e insumos generales.

· Gestión de Mantenciones : Coordinar y controlar el cumplimiento de servicios subcontratados para mantención de las oficinas (limpieza, climatización, mobiliario, etc.).

· Reembolsos y Rendiciones : Procesar solicitudes de reembolsos y rendiciones de gastos conforme a los protocolos establecidos.

· Apoyo a la Logística de Visitas : Coordinar alojamiento, alimentación y traslados para personal visitante.

· Uso de Espacios : Gestionar la disponibilidad y agenda de salas de reuniones internas y externas.

· Reportes : Emitir reportes mensuales de gastos y estado de servicios de infraestructura.

Requerimientos del cargo

Experiencia : Mínimo 2 años en cargos similares, idealmente en empresas de servicios o industriales.

Conocimientos Técnicos : Plataformas de pago y reembolsos, control de accesos, cotizaciones, gestión de insumos, trato con proveedores, coordinación logística, sistemas ERP (deseable).

Habilidades : Organización, proactividad, atención al detalle, gestión bajo presión.

Experiencia minima:

Desde 2 años
