Purpose of the role:
This position will be responsible for coordinating the organization's administrative, logistics, foreign trade, and inventory control activities, ensuring the efficiency of internal processes, compliance with deadlines, and the optimization of resources
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate transportation and customs, import/export processes, Procurement activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products, while optimizing costs and maintaining compliance with company standards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal, tax and transport regulations.
- Act as the primary communication link between the factory, suppliers, and clients, ensuring accurate information flow, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to support smooth operations.
- Ensure that the supply chain operates efficiently, minimizing the risk of delays.
- Control and count physical inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage provisions planning to guarantee that materials, components, and finished goods are available when needed, avoiding delays in production or delivery.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records in internal systems (ERP/CRM/spreadsheets).
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliveries are of high quality.
- Maintain clear and efficient communication with customers, suppliers, and carriers.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in administrative and logistical processes.
- Analyze logistics and administrative costs, proposing measures to reduce expenses and increase efficiency.
- Administrative routines to support the finance department, such as issuing transport documents, invoices and other required documents.
- Support the implementation of systems (Dynamics) and digital tools for greater control and operational efficiency.
Required profile:
- At least 3 years of experience in similar positions.
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools
- Bachelor's Degree in International Trade or equivalent administrative areas
- Demonstrated expertise in International Trade/Comex operations.
- English proficiency: Intermediate to Advanced (spoken and written).
